My Channels is a full-scale video streaming platform that allows users to become content creators, publish videos, grow audiences, and monetize their content, similar to YouTube. The system supports multiple user roles including administrators, advertisers, creators (talents), and viewers, each with their own dashboard and tools.

    As the Product Designer, I led the experience and interface design of the platform, focusing on system structure, dashboard usability, and user flow across different roles.

  • Responsibilities

    - Defined user flows for creators, advertisers, admins, and viewers

    - Designed the Admin Dashboard for platform monitoring, content moderation, and performance tracking

    - Created the Advertiser Dashboard for campaign setup, ad placement management, and analytics

    - Designed the Creator (Talent) Dashboard including video uploads, earnings tracking, and audience insights

    - Structured the analytics system for clear data visualization

    - Simplified complex system architecture into clean, usable interfaces

    - Collaborated with developers to ensure feasibility and scalable implementation

    The platform successfully provided a structured, scalable system that supported content creation, monetization, and advertising, making complex platform operations easier to manage and understand for all user roles.

Branding Design

The project focused on creating a cohesive brand identity for My Channels, which supports multiple user roles including administrators, advertisers, creators, and viewers. The goal was to design a logo and visual system that is versatile, recognizable, and adaptable across digital and print touchpoints, while supporting the platform’s multi-user ecosystem.
