As the Product Designer, I led the experience and interface design of the platform, focusing on system structure, dashboard usability, and user flow across different roles.

- Defined user flows for creators, advertisers, admins, and viewers
- Designed the Admin Dashboard for platform monitoring, content moderation, and performance tracking
- Created the Advertiser Dashboard for campaign setup, ad placement management, and analytics
- Designed the Creator (Talent) Dashboard including video uploads, earnings tracking, and audience insights
- Structured the analytics system for clear data visualization
- Simplified complex system architecture into clean, usable interfaces
- Collaborated with developers to ensure feasibility and scalable implementation
