Designed scalable UI systems and interaction experiences for the NRMA Insurance mobile app to ensure a consistent, accessible, and platform-native user experience across iOS and Android.

- Built a scalable theming system in Figma using variables and tokens for colors, typography, spacing, and components
- Created a UI Kit and component library to maintain consistency across mobile and web platforms
- Designed and documented platform-specific components aligned with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
- Delivered detailed design documentation including component usage, accessibility considerations, and developer handoff guidelines
- Designed micro-interactions and animations to improve usability and user engagement
- Built Lottie animations for seamless integration across iOS and Android applications
- Improved user flows with purposeful transitions and interactive feedback
